On April 6th, Litchfield Police arrested Denzel Moss, 25, from Litchfield on one count of Second Degree Assault, Strangulation, a Class B Felony, and two counts of Domestic Violence Simple Assault, both Class A Misdemeanors. At approximately 11 am, Litchfield Police responded to a domestic disturbance at Moss’ residence and after Officers investigated they took Moss into custody. Moss was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on May 14th. This incident is still under investigation and additional charges may be filed.
