We have taken calls about residents receiving Debit Cards that contain their Economic Impact Payment. The residents were afraid this might be an attempt to defraud them. The US Internal Revenue Service IS issuing Debit Cards containing Economic Impact Payments. The card is issued by My Money Network @ eipcard.com, with the phone number of 1.800.240.8100.
