Per the Town of Litchfield Ordinance:

It Shall be unlawful for an operator of a motor vehicle or other vehicle to park said vehicle on a public way in said Litchfield between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am from November 15 through April 15 of each year or any other time during a snow storm or snow removal operation. Vehicles in violation will be towed away at owners’ expense. Penalty for the violation of such regulations shall be One Hundred Dollars.
